By accessing or using toolbix, you agree to use our free online tools responsibly, lawfully, and at your own risk. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the site.

Service Nature

toolbix provides free online tools for URLs, QR codes, IP checks, domain lookups, PDFs, images, timers, internet speed tests, and calorie calculations. The service and tool results are provided for convenience on an as-is and as-available basis and may be interrupted, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.

No Professional Advice

Information produced by the tools is not legal, financial, medical, security, or technical advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

Prohibited Use

  • You must not use toolbix to upload, submit, convert, generate, host, shorten, link to, distribute, or process any illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, exploitative, harmful, malicious, infringing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, terrorist, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • You must not use toolbix for malware, viruses, phishing, credential theft, spam, scams, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized tracking, data harvesting, system probing, denial-of-service activity, or attacks against any person, website, network, device, or service.
  • You must not upload content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or any other legal rights of any person or organization.
  • You must not submit personal data, financial records, identity documents, passwords, private keys, confidential files, or third-party information unless you have full legal authority and accept all related risk and responsibility.
  • You must not bypass restrictions, abuse automated requests, scrape aggressively, overload the service, interfere with security controls, or disrupt the availability or integrity of toolbix.

User Responsibility for Uploads and Content

You are solely responsible for every file, URL, text, image, document, input, link, or other content that you upload, submit, process, generate, shorten, share, or download through toolbix. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you own or have all required rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority to use and submit such content, and that your content and use of the service do not violate any law, regulation, court order, third-party right, platform policy, or these terms.

Uploaded Files

Files uploaded to PDF, image, or conversion tools may be processed temporarily where possible. You should not upload highly sensitive files, passwords, private keys, financial records, identity documents, or confidential documents. You upload files at your own risk and remain fully responsible for their legality, ownership, accuracy, and consequences.

Removal, Restriction & Reporting

toolbix may, without prior notice, remove content, delete temporary files, block requests, suspend access, apply technical restrictions, or report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities or affected parties where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the public, rights holders, the service, or to comply with law.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless toolbix, its owners, operators, administrators, affiliates, service providers, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, complaints, investigations, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of the site; any content, file, URL, text, image, document, or data you upload, submit, process, generate, shorten, share, or download; your violation of these terms; your violation of any law or regulation; or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data protection rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toolbix is provided as-is and as-available. We are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business, data, privacy, reputational, financial, legal, technical, or other loss or damage arising from or related to using the site, uploaded content, tool outputs, downloads, third-party links, temporary processing, service interruption, data loss, unauthorized access, or user misconduct.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of toolbix after updates means you accept the latest version.
